The amount of home loans granted in Australia improved to 2.3%, giving total 48.453- two years high.
November’s data showed an increase to 1.8%. For December analysts expected 1.9% growth in approvals.
The Australian Bureau of Statistics reported also that the value of loans increased 3.8% in December.
