According to Census Bureau U.S. new home sales fell significantly in December. The new home sales decreased at annual pace to 307 000 units instead of 321 000 expected for December. It is a 2.2% decrease, exceeding 2.0% estimated. November’s data was revised to 314 000 units from previous 315 000.
