The National Association of Realtors in U.S. informed today that pending home sales index improved by seasonally adjusted 4.1%, more than 1.2% expected.Prior month data was revised to 0.4% of growth, from previously reported decline of 0.5%.In total index increased to 101.4 from 97.4 in February. Comparing with March 2011, pending home sales improved by 12.8%.
