The Swiss Federal Statistics Office reported a decrease in county’s retail sales volume. Index fell by seasonally adjusted 1.3% in February. Today’s decline follows 1.5% gain in January.
Retail sales increased by 0.8% annual rate, disappointing expectations for 3.2% growth.
January’s data was reported at 4.4% and revised to 4.7%.
The news so far did not affected Swiss Franc, which remained at 0.9020 against US dollar.
