According to Halifax Bank of Scotland prices of houses declined surprisingly on a monthly basis by 0.5% in February. Previous month recorded 0.6% increase.
The report showed also that comparing with last year prices fell by 1.9%.
For the past 3 months British paid for houses 1.1% less than previous three months.
