According to Markit/CIPS Purchasing Managers’ Index in services sector expanded to 56.0 points in January from 54.0 in December.
It is the highest increase of index in 10 months.
Analysts expected PMI’s reading at 53.5 in January.
Reading of 50.0 points divides expansion from contraction of economy.
