The end of 2011 brings positive results for British service providers and new business.
According to Markit/CIPS seasonally adjusted PMI rose to 54.0 in December from 52.1 in November, hitting at the same time 5-month high. Economists estimated December’s reading at 51.6.
The index amounted over 50 indicates expansion.
Despite good economic data British pound kept on loosing against U.S.dollar, with a couple traded at 1.5570.
