The United States released its quarterly Gross Domestic Product estimate, with the US economy expanding 1.8%; yet lower than the forecasted percentage of 1.9%. Fed releases and Ban Bernanke yesterday predicted just this; that the GDP announcement would be lower than expected.
The number of Jobless Claims rose from the forecasted 392k and well as the previous actual number 404k to 429k
