The U.S. Commerce Department reported today that amount of building permits issued in May increased more than estimated to 780 000, exceeding expectations for only 730 000 reading. In April number of building permits issued reached 720 000. Despite increase in building permits data, number of housing starts declined in May. As report says index decreased to 708 000 from 744 000 reported in April. Euro remained stronger today against USD with couple traded at 1.2606 after release of Commerce Department data.
