The ADP, payroll processing firm reported that non-farm private employment increase by seasonally adjusted 325 000 in December, exceeding highly expectation of 175 000 rise.
Novembers’ data was revised to 204 000 growth from 206 000.
Employment in service-providing sector rose by 273 000 and goods-producing sector employment increased by 52 000 in December.
