According to Commerce Department retail sales in U.S. rose in February by seasonally adjusted 1.1% (USD408 billion), which is the highest in last five months.
January’s reading was revised from 0.4% to 0.6% of growth.
As for Core retail sales, excluding automobile sales Commerce Department reported 0.9% increase in February, down from 1.1% recorded in prior month.
Euro remained lower against USD, the couple was traded at 1.3079 after news release.
